A quick synopsis of this week’s episode:
(Chicken Foot) Sammy: Took over Sona by threatening Lechero out of his throne with the gun he got from the last episode. He wanted to have a hold on Scofield, so he announced on the balcony that anyone who brings Scofield in will get a case full of rum as a reward. Got the chicken foot from Bellick. Prepared for the CFB* by meditating on hiphop. Beat the crap out of Bellick. Found out that Scofield was hiding in Lechero’s secret cellar. Tracked down Scofield in the cellar. Beat the crap out of Whistler. Went into Lechero’s secret cellar. Found Scofield’s escape path. Almost cried when he learned that Lechero was in SEC*. Joined SEC*. Punched Scofield. Promised to take care of Whistler. Checked the escape path out. Escape path collapsed and buried him alive. Died.
Lechero: Helped Scofield dig the escape path in his secret cellar. Went out of the cellar to get some more escape equipment. Somehow knew that Sammy was out to get him. Assigned T-Bag to get some supplies. Got overthrown by Sammy. Hid from Sammy behind a low wall. Discussed with T-Bag about ways to liquidate Sammy. Has been forced by Sammy to enter the secret code of the door to his secret cellar. Refused to enter the secret code. Went inside the secret cellar with Sammy’s crew. Shot 2 of Sammy’s crew dead. Checked out the escape view with Mahone and Whistler and decided that they were good. Dropped the corpses of Sammy’s crew one by one out of the balcony. Took back the case of rum and went inside his office.
T-Bag: Looked down to Whistler from the balcony. Joined SEC* via Whistler’s help. Went downstairs with the escape crew to the secret cellar. Was not qualified for the work downstairs as it requires two hands. Has been ordered by Lechero to watch out for Sammy outside. Got instructions from Lechero to get some escape equipment. Decided to outsource their task of terminating Sammy. Encouraged Bellick to give Sammy the chicken foot and pull the acetone trick off once more. Promised Bellick a membership of SEC* once “Mission: Kill Sammy By All Means” has been accomplished. Reluctantly admitted Bellick to SEC* after Sammy died.
Bellick: Enjoyed his newfound fame as a CFB* champion. Claimed he was Delta Force. Gave Sammy the chicken-foot upon responding to T-Bag’s proposal of him killing Sammy in exchange of getting into SEC*. Looked for some acetone to knock Sammy out during the CFB*. Was terrified to find out that there was neither acetone nor any other blackout-triggering substances left in prison. Tried to call off the CFB* by talking his way out. Fought against Sammy anyway. Was almost choked to death by Sammy. Has been left by Sammy during the CFB*. Puked some viscous blood. Blackmailed T-Bag into giving him a membership card to SEC*. Has been reluctantly admitted to SEC* by T-Bag.
Mahone: Got a mail from someone with a picture of his son in it. Was sad. Asked about the new plan once he learned that T-Bag joined SEC*. Went downstairs with SEC* to Lechero’s secret cellar. Helped keep the escape path from collapsing. Started to worry about Lechero’s enduring absence. Told Whistler that he and Scofield were not two chicks at the bar Whistler’s trying to pick up. Insisted that Whistler worked for The Company. Told Whistler to get back to work. Told Scofield that they needed the tools. Was bummed out that Scofield and Whistler kept on pissing each other off instead of working on the escape path. Convinced Scofield and Whistler to go and look for Lechero. Got caught by Sammy’s peeps upon sneaking through Lechero’s Sammy’s office. Ran back to Lechero’s secret cellar. Kicked one of Sammy’s men in the chest. Closed the door. Held Scofield back from opening the door. Gave Scofield an improvised weapon out of building debris. Filed another improvised weapon with the wall. Told Scofield not to open the door. Killed one of Sammy’s men. Checked out the escape view with Lechero and Whistler and decided that they were good. Nursed Whistler. Went down to salvage some of the braces. Went back to Scofield’s cell to tell him that it never gets easier.
Sucre: Met Lincoln in an Internet café. Briefed Lincoln on his upcoming meeting with Hosberto. Asked Lincoln what to do with Susan. Told Lincoln that he will be a saint once he gets back home, and will not even jaywalk. Met Susan in a bar. Gave Susan a report about Lincoln’s pursuits. Got a 25k-check from Susan. Drank Whiskey. Came to Lincoln’s presidential suite to inform him about his efforts on deceiving Susan. Got some instructions from Lincoln about further procedures. Noticed that Sofia looked upset. Met with Susan. Talked to her in her car. Planted Lincoln’s bomb under Susan’s seat.
Susan / Gretchen: Wrote a message to an Edward Guthrie with her wireless handheld device while sitting in a bar. Wrote: “Ed, we’ll be in contact soon. Sales are through the roof! Hope you’re working on your putting…Gary (Miller)”. Met Sucre in the same bar seconds after she sent the message to Edward. Told Sucre that she found out that “Sucre” means “sugar”. Liked the fact that every time she says Sucre’s name, she’s calling him sugar. Listened to Sucre’s report on Lincoln’s pursuits. Told Sucre that she believes him. Asked Sucre if she was a toothless crack whore. Told Sucre to sit down. Gave Sucre a 25k-check and told him that he will get the other half when he was done. Left the bar. Met Sucre in the city again. Talked to Sucre in her car. Thought that Sucre and Lincoln’s argument the other day was staged. Found out that Sucre wired the whole check amount she gave him to Maricruz Delgado in Chicago at 123 Please Don’t Hurt Me Lane. Called Sucre a Jackass. Ordered Sucre to go back there and give her some real information, otherwise Maricruz and her head will part ways. Asked Sucre to get out of her car. Now.
Lincoln: Checked out Gary Miller in the Internet. Printed the search results. Told Sucre to tell Susan what she wants to hear. Made some arrangements with Sucre about further meetings. Met Sofia at the market. Promised Sofia that James (Whistler) will be alright. Drove with Sofia to a warehouse. Talked in Spanish with the guy in the warehouse. Bought a cellular phone-controlled bomb from the guy. Asked Sofia to ask the guy how to trigger the bomb by remote. Learned that all he had to do was to dial 1-1- and press “send”. Instructed Sucre to plant the bomb he bought into Susan’s car. Stopped by at a shop downtown and told Sofia not to move. Came out of the shop and gave Sofia a brown paper bag. Told her that he (Lincoln himself) will take her, if he (Whistler) doesn’t. Left Sofia standing on the street with the brown paper bag in her hand. Visited Scofield in Sona. Told him that he got something cookin’ on the outside. Asked him how he deals with the animals in Sona. Doubts that Whistler is a fisherman. Told Scofield about his discoveries on Whistler: That Sofia found his passport identifying him as Gary Miller. Said that Whistler was a fraud, and that there ain’t no fish in Scottsdale.
Sofia: Met Lincoln at the market. Asks Lincoln what he was up to. Told him that there was a part of her that doesn’t want to believe that James Whistler / Gary Miller worked for The Company. Told Lincoln that Whistler was the man she loves, the man who went to prison for her, and the man who was going to take her to her first trip to Paris. Demanded for Lincoln’s word that Whistler will be alright before getting into his car. Drove with Lincoln to a warehouse and was scared of what is yet to happen. Was been used by Lincoln as an interpreter. Was angry when she learned that Lincoln actually bought a bomb. Wasn’t told by Lincoln what the bomb was for. Drove with Lincoln downtown and waited for him while he went inside a shop. Got a brown paper bag from Lincoln. Opened the brown paper bag and fished out an Eiffel-Tower-keychain. Was visibly pleased. Stared at the Eiffel-Tower-keychain while lying on her bed. Turned down Whistler’s picture on her nightstand. Threw Whistler’s clothes on the floor. Found a travel bag in the closet. Opened the travel bag, threw its contents on the floor, and ripped the bag open. Found a white suitcase under the bag’s floor.
Whistler: Saw T-Bag on the balcony. Asked Mahone who the person was on the picture he was holding. Told Mahone to make a move. Recruited T-Bag to SEC* and informed Scofield about it. Went downstairs with SEC* to Lechero’s secret cellar. Helped build the escape path. Helped keep the escape path from collapsing. Started to reveal his primary intentions to Scofield. Didn’t know what happened to his family. Told Mahone and Scofield that he was a fisherman. Described Gretchen as an absolute nightmare of her life. Read his book about birds in the cellar. Gave Scofield his birds book. Decided to come with Mahone to go and look for Lechero. Asked Scofield to give him back his birds book. Got caught by Sammy’s peeps upon sneaking through Lechero’s Sammy’s office. Ran back to Lechero’s secret cellar. Didn’t make it through the door. Got beaten up by Sammy’s men. Was asked by Sammy to open the door. Didn’t know the combination for the door. Got punched by Sammy in the face. Told Scofield not to open the door. Got punched by Sammy in the face again. Sat in the corner with blood running down his temple. Was dragged by one of Sammy’s men into the cellar together with the SEC*. Looked beat. Called Michael’s attention. Checked out the escape view with Lechero and Mahone. Got nursed by Mahone. Doubted if Scofield was really an engineer, as their escape path didn’t seem to have been stable enough. Was pissed at the thought that it he could have been buried as well. Went with Mahone to salvage some of the braces left. Left Scofield alone in the cell.
Michael Scofield: Traded something with someone on the yard. Chatted with McGrady. Met Whistler on the yard. Was informed by Whistler that T-Bag joined SEC*. Looked pissed. Went downstairs with his escape crew to Lechero’s secret cellar. Told T-Bag that he was unqualified for the work downstairs as it requires two hands. Examined the escape path. Itemized the required tools for the escape path. Leisurely filed on a screw while Mahone and Whistler were straining the crap out of theirs arms to support the escape path hole. Eventually helped both upon hearing Mahone’s pleading remarks. Inserted the filed screw into one edge of the hole. Shook some dust off his scalp. Estimated the number of screws left to be inserted before finally being able to escape. Mocked Whistler. Told Mahone that they just have to wait for Lechero to bring them the tools. Got curious about Whistler’s birds book. Skimmed through Whistler’s birds book. Went with Mahone and Whistler to go and look for Lechero. Got caught by Sammy’s peeps upon sneaking through Lechero’s Sammy’s office. Ran back to Lechero’s secret cellar. Punched one of Sammy’s men in the face. Tried to get Whistler up. Ducked a bolo-knifed blow from one of Sammy’s men. Attempted to open the door. Worried about Whistler as he needed him alive. Looked terrified. Examined the escape hole. Took Mahone’s improvised weapon sceptically. Once again gazed up at the escape hole. Told Sammy that he was opening the door. Opened the door. Looked at Whistler. Told Sammy to take the whole escape plan with him. Suggested that he can go with Sammy. Asked Sammy to promise him to take Whistler. Got punched by Sammy in the face. Showed an understanding of Sammy’s emotional outbursts. Advised Sammy how to keep the escape path intact. Watched intensely as Sammy climbed up the ditch. Stared at the dump that buried Sammy. Looked dazed. Was called by Whistler. Has been doubted by Whistler if he was really an engineer. Promised Whistler to do better next time. Twisted the screw he pulled out of the hole in his fingers and rewinded his thoughts back to this point. Has been paged by the guards. Went outside. Has been offered money by McGrady to let him join his escape crew. Got a visit from Lincoln.Told Lincoln that he had a plan and that he actually starts to feel at home in Sona. Was lamely shocked to hear that Whistler was actually Gary Miller. Asked Lincoln what Whistler was, if not a fisherman.
