Comeback.

April 7, 2008

Alright, so March was a blogless month. But I really do have some good excuses :D

I was busy. I was out and about. Well yeah, maybe I was a bit lazy too. But I’m catching up and will just sum up the issues I had last month:

  • I started Kung-Fu…and I so totally love it!
  • I was partying out quite much lately
  • We saw “Wicked” the musical!
  • We rehearsed “The Lost Muses” quite a lot
  • I am leaving my current company this June
  • I got a new job!
  • I am moving to London on July!!!

Things just happen so fast lately, and I can barely catch up.

But I’m back on track :D

Purifying.

February 13, 2008

Ok, so it’s day three of my fasting week. How am I doing today?

  • I went to the loo for about 10 times today. Yeah I’m flushing them crap out!
  • I’m starting to love the serene feeling in my stomach.
  • I still have major headaches.

It’s relieving.

Purging.

February 12, 2008

It’s just day two of my fasting week but I can literally feel every crap that evaporates, flushes, flows and drops out of my body. It’s disgusting. But relieving. As of my psychological and emotional state, I’m just close to crazy as my headache is killing me (Well it’s part of the purifying process I heard. That better be true!). To top that, my period’s due this week, so halleluyah.

I went to the sauna this evening and now I’m ready for some good long night’s sleep.

Spring Clean.

February 11, 2008

Inspite of the lovely and wonderful time that I had in London, I came back home feeling all bloated, polluted, wasted, rotten, tainted etc.

In short, my unhealthy lifestyle slowly gets to me. Crap food, no exercise, cigarettes, sleep deprivation… how on earth should one feel healthy that way?

It’s time to clean up!

I’m fasting this week.

January 24, 2008

I was cleaning up my mailbox (which contained 4,331 documents that time) at work today when I stumbled upon an old e-mail from a business partner of ours in Mumbai, India.

I thought this note was so full of spirit and it sort of inspired me to focus more on the simple, yet valuable things in life again.

I just can’t help but share:

I Do Love Mondays!

January 21, 2008

Yes boys and girls, this week, I love Mondays! My alarm went off on 5:30 this morning although I could swear I have set it for 6:30 last night. But still, an unusual inner bliss swept over me this morning. No full moon blues here. (Must be a sucrose overdose from yesterday’s sunday-candy-orgy).

Work was easy today. Too easy that it almost bored me. Umm… well, it actually did. But pleasant thoughts of my upcoming trips kept me busy enough.

There are three things I look forward to this week:

  1. Prison Break, which actually airs aujourd’hui – oui oui oui!
  2. Tomorrow’s rehearsal of the Muses
  3. Payday on Friday!

Aside from that, this week’s schedule is quite sedate. Which gives me more time to woolgather, rest, and catch up on the 10+ films I’ve gathered and never have watched so far. So I’ll be taking it easy this week.
